About Evidence Health

Who is responsible for Evidence Health, how the library is funded, and what the current public launch does and does not claim.

Ownership and responsibility

TodayPress.net is the publishing property for Evidence Health. Editorial responsibility sits with the Evidence Health Editorial Team account shown on each guide. The site does not present an unnamed clinician as an author or reviewer, and it does not invent professional biographies. A verified legal publisher name and postal address have not yet been added; the site remains excluded from search indexing while that disclosure and clinical review arrangements are completed.

How the site is funded

The current library has no affiliate links, sponsored treatment rankings, paid clinic placements or product-comparison funnels. Guides do not sell medicines, supplements, tests or appointments. If funding or commercial relationships change, the relationship and its effect on editorial independence will be disclosed on this page and beside affected content.

Who creates the guides

Guides are assembled from a defined search question, a current search-results review and authoritative sources such as public-health agencies, clinical guidelines, regulators and professional bodies. AI tools may assist with research organisation, drafting and custom image production. They do not replace accountable editing or clinical review. Every public medical guide currently carries a visible “Not yet medically reviewed” status and remains noindex.

What readers can expect

  • A direct practical answer before background detail.
  • Urgent warning signs separated from same-day advice.
  • Source links, an evidence-check date and a visible update date.
  • Clear regional limits when tests, prescriptions or care routes can differ.
  • No diagnosis of an individual reader and no replacement for emergency care.

Accountability

Possible errors can be reported through the editorial contact form. The corrections policy explains how material changes are recorded. The medical review page lists the current verification state without pretending that a reviewer exists.
